Ferree's Group Homes was established in order to provide and create a structured, trauma focused system of care environment which will empower individuals to build healthy relationships and develop life skills that will promote personal growth and healing. Our goal is to meet the diverse needs of our population by being trauma focused, goal oriented, family focused and culturally sensitive. We aim to promote the safety, well being, self sufficiency, and achieving responsibility of the program participants and their families, resource and/or biological family members as appropriate. The treatment goals will help meet the needs of the community by empowering youth, non-minor dependents, as well as their families, through short term residential treatment for residents between the age of 8 and 19 years old, including community mental health services, who manifest emotional, behavioral or social adjustment barriers to completing the healing process of each persons individual trauma.
